What looks good?
- Sales are growing.
- The company works with established customers.
- It has four manufacturing plants.
- It can produce more using its existing plants.
What needs attention?
- Profit is not growing as fast as sales.
- Profit margin fell from 2.80% to 2.41%.
- The company has high debt.
- A large part of its sales comes from a few customers.
- Its factories are not yet being used to their full capacity.
My View:
The company has a good opportunity to grow as demand for steel increases. But it needs to reduce its debt, use its factories better and improve its profits.
The IPO valuation looks reasonable, but the company still has some challenges to overcome.
